Missouri Bootheel

In the southeast corner of Missouri, in an area known as the “Bootheel,” there are pastors of a local church working to bring hope and economic development to their area, the most economically challenged region of the state. Through Convoy of Hope’s Rural Initiatives, they receive the encouragement, training, and resources they need to make a difference in their community throughout the Bootheel.

Recently, this partnership expanded to include Field Teams. Field Teams members work alongside pastors and churches to complete community improvement projects and engage in relational ministry opportunities for local youth, seniors, and the marginalized.

We work closely with our local team to determine specific projects your team will take part in and will communicate that to you 60 days prior to your trip.
