Guatemala

Important Trip Info
Convoy of Hope’s International programs started in Central America in 1998. Since then, by providing nutritional food for children, helping women through empowerment programs, assisting farmers, and much more, we’ve shared hope with the people of the region.
Field Teams have the opportunity to come alongside the Convoy of Hope Guatemala team to help resource them as they serve children. Through projects such as building kitchens, dining areas, or playgrounds, and engaging with children in partnership with local churches, teams impact the region.
Also, each team will have the opportunity to learn more about the culture while visiting some of the beautiful locations in the area. To go on this trip, all group members must be 18+.

Types of Projects
Through projects such as building kitchens, dining areas, or playgrounds, and engaging with children in partnership with local churches, teams impact the region. We work closely with our in-country team members to determine the specific projects your team will take part in and will communicate that to you 60 days prior to your trip.
Note: While photos on this page were taken in connection with Convoy of Hope and/or Field Teams trips, each trip is unique, and engagement opportunities may differ.
